About Us

STENOCALL is a full-line telecommunications company, locally owned and operated since 1954. Through these constantly changing years we have grown to employ 200+ individuals, which make up our company today. STENOCALL is a team of dedicated professionals. In 2000 the company implemented an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).

Stenocall roots - 1954 answering service

Stenocall's humble beginning in 1954 consisted of a bookkeeping-mimeograph service and a telephone message service. Today STENOCALL has grown to include a 24-hour bilingual telephone answering service (TAS), bilingual inbound telemarketing, pagers, cellular phones, two-way radios, and a voice mail system. Our professional staff and expanded services have established STENOCALL as an industry leader.

Under the leadership of Don and Ethel McLeod, STENOCALL has made great strides in the communications industry. Mr. and Mrs. McLeod have been very active in the industry, not only on a local level, but on a national level as well. Both have served terms as president of our industry's national associations, including PCIA (Telocator) and ATSI. The employees of our company strive for the same professionalism and knowledge of the industry as our owners. The owners and employees of STENOCALL have established a reputation of service, excellence and dedication to our customers, which we will continue to build upon.
